LULA Therapeutic Vaping System and CHOSEN Vaporiser Liquids — Now Compliant with Revised 2025 TGO 110 & MDSO Standards

As of 1 July 2025, BayPharma is proud to confirm that our updated CHOSEN Vaporiser Liquid and LULA Closed Pod System fully comply with the revised TGO 110 and MDSO standards for therapeutic goods.

While our existing LULA range met previous regulatory requirements, we have proactively implemented updates to align with the strengthened 2025 regulations, ensuring continued lawful supply and patient access.

Our products are developed and maintained to support:

✔ Smoking Cessation
✔ Management of nicotine dependence
✔ Pharmacy and Prescriber

BayPharma remains committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and reliable therapeutic vaping solutions. Our dedication to regulatory excellence ensures ongoing confidence and safety in the use of our products across pharmacies and healthcare settings throughout Australia.

Product Standards ensure minimum level of conformance with such things as:

  • Device safety & compliance
  • Material and build quality
  • Battery and performance
  • User friendly features

As such, it would be important to require meeting the standards of NVPs standard to be prescribed by Australian doctors.

Bay Pharma nicotine vaping products (NVPs) are not included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and are not approved smoking cessation aids in Australia. As unapproved therapeutic goods, they may be considered for patients who remain motivated to quit smoking and have discussed their options with a healthcare practitioner. Use should follow an evidence-informed, shared decision-making process.
